"Indya has been monumental in my growth over the past year. Therapy was a really foreign territory for me and she welcomed me with open arms. She’s very comforting and supportive no matter the situation and has really helped me not only change some of my negative behaviors, but also giving me ideas or ways to handle situations even when it might not seem like I know what to do. She’s extremely flexible and really does take the time to make sure she covers everything each session and building on from the last session."
